LEBONE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (PTY) provides equal access to all leadership programs, enterprise support, mentorship and employment opportunities regardless of gender, gender identity, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, health status, marital status, language, political opinion, economic background, district or place of origin.

Applications are assessed against published criteria only. We actively work toward gender balance in every cohort, reserve places for rural and remote applicants, and provide materials in both English and Sesotho.

Participants with disabilities or caregiving responsibilities may request reasonable accommodation — accessible venues, extended timelines, printed or large-format materials, or remote participation — at no cost.

Harassment, hate speech, exclusion or retaliation by staff, mentors, volunteers or participants is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate removal from Lebone activities.
