LEBONE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (PTY) ("Lebone", "we", "us") is a registered non-profit organisation in the Kingdom of Lesotho (Reg. 54316). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy and can be reached at info@leboneinitiative.store.

Program applicants and participants: name, contact details, district, age range, education or enterprise background, and program progress records. Partners and volunteers: name, organisation, role and contact details. Website visitors: only the information you type into our contact form.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use participant data for advertising.

To assess applications, deliver training and mentorship, communicate with participants, report aggregated (non-identifying) results to funders, and meet legal, audit and non-profit reporting obligations.

Where a participant is under 18, we require guardian consent before enrolment. Photographs, stories or testimonials are published only with written, revocable consent, and never with a minor's full contact details.

We share information only with staff and mentors who need it, with professional service providers such as auditors or email and document hosting providers under confidentiality obligations, or where required by Lesotho law.

Participant records are retained for seven years to satisfy audit and impact reporting requirements, then securely deleted. Access is restricted by role, accounts require strong authentication, and paper records are kept in locked storage at our registered office.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent for photographs or testimonials, or ask to be removed from our mailing list by writing to info@leboneinitiative.store. We respond within 30 days.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser only so the site remembers whether you prefer English or Sesotho.
