Terms of Service

By using this website, applying to a program, or attending a Lebone workshop, you agree to these terms. They are issued by LEBONE SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (PTY) (Reg. 54316), Kingdom of Lesotho.

Lebone programs are funded by grants, donations and partnerships. We never charge participants a placement, certification or facilitation fee. If anyone requests payment on our behalf, report it to us immediately.

Selection is based on published criteria, community intake and available cohort capacity. Providing false information in an application may result in withdrawal of a place.

Participants agree to attend committed sessions, treat facilitators and peers with respect, refrain from harassment, discrimination, intoxication or damage to venues, and to keep other participants' business information confidential.

Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal from a program, decided by the Programs Lead with a right of appeal to the Board.

Participants retain full ownership of their own business ideas, plans and enterprises. Lebone retains ownership of its curriculum, templates, brand and training materials, which may be used for non-commercial learning purposes with attribution.

Training, mentorship and incubation support do not guarantee grant approval, investment, employment or business success. Any financial, legal or tax information shared in workshops is educational and not professional advice.

You may not attempt to disrupt this website, misrepresent Lebone, or use our name, logo or documents to solicit funds without written authorisation from the Board.
